DiCarlo
began a distinguished law enforcement career in 1971 as
a police officer in the Chicago metropolitan area. During
his 30 year tenure he was awarded a criminal justice degree
and attended Northwestern University - Center for Public
Safety - School of Police Staff and Command. As a professional
law enforcement officer he held various assignments and
command positions including: Patrol Sergeant, Juvenile Officer,
Director of Records and Communications, Administrative Assistant
to the Chief of Police, Internal Affairs Investigator, Chief
of Detectives, and Chief of Police. He has decades of experience
conducting investigations of all types and has received
several department citations for meritorious service. In
addition, he served on the South Suburban Major Case Task
Force, a coalition of detectives assembled to investigate
only high profile felony cases. After retirement Mr. DiCarlo
attended Phoenix College in Phoenix, AZ where he received
certificate in legal assisting (paralegal). He was granted
a private investigator’s license by the Arizona Department
of Public Safety in 2004. Presently, Mr. DiCarlo operates
DiCarlo Associates LLC, a security consultant and private
investigation business specializing in criminal defense.
In addition, he conducts a wide variety of general assignment
investigations. He is a member of the International Association
of Chiefs of Police and Fight Crime; Invest in Kids; Arizona
Association of Licensed Private Investigators.

Bud is retired from 20 years in Federal
Law Enforcement. He spent 11 years of his career supervising
the investigations office at the Federal Prison in Phoenix,
AZ. Mr. Barton supervised and conducted administrative,
criminal and internal affairs investigations. His office
gathered criminal/gang intelligence and shared that information
as needed with local, state, federal and international law
enforcement agencies. Mr. Barton is very experienced in
what it takes to prove a criminal case, as the vast majority
of his cases resulted in guilty pleas. His investigative
experience includes destruction of property, theft, violent
acts, murder, conspiracy to commit murder, murder for hire,
rape, drug trafficking, gang/group disturbances and child
abuse, as well as code of conduct and criminal internal
affairs cases. |

Harry
is a 20+ year veteran of the Westland Police Department
in t he Detroit suburbs. He has held several supervisory
and command level positions within t he department including
Patrol, Records, Communications, Criminal Investiga t
ions, and Internal Affairs. While in Criminal Investiga
tions Harry was assigned Case Agent status on several
major case assignments. In addition to department assignments
Harry attended the Reid School of Interview and Interrogation,
Internal Affai rs tra ining, and Police Staff and Command
School. Harry also possesses expertise in firearms and
is curre ntly a fi rearms instructor. Harry is a brick
level invest igator with the experience needed to thoroughly
assess all aspects of a criminal case.

Wayne
served as a member of theWashington State Pa trol for
29 years. Retired as a Lieutenant, Wayne held several
operat ional and supervi sory posts within the department.
Among his many assignments Wayne worked fo r a period
of t ime in the Washington. Attorney General's Office
as an investigator. Other command level assignments include
Property Control, Criminal Identification, Criminal Conviction
and Incarceration Records. Wayne has also completed Police
Management studies at the FBI National
Academy, U. S. Secret Service Executive Protection School,
and is a fingerprint examiner. Wayne's experience is a
valuable asse t to assignments particularly involving
fingerprint evidence.

Walcker

Ron
Walcker completed a long and fulfilling career with the
Washington State Police in 1993. During his 31+ year tenure
he worked in several of the department's major divisions.
After beginning his cl imb through the ranks he was appoi
nted to several supervisory and command leve l positions
in many of the departmen t's support functions including
Bomb Squad, Inte rnal Affai rs, Special Services, and
Governor's Detail. He was also named Commander for special
events held in the Seattle area including the Governor's
Conference. In addition to work assignments throughout
the department Ron also earned an Associa te Degree in
Criminal Justice and a Certificate of completion from
Northwestern University
School of Police Staff and Command. In addit ion, he completed
the U.S. Secret Service DignitaryProtection Academy. Ron
brings to the DiCarlo Associates Team a unique combination
of experience and background not easily found in Private
Investigators. |
